I really like this rope. The only issue I have with it is I’m a pretty large man. Sometimes it can be a little difficult to loosen the knot and get it to slide, but it’s not that hard.
Excellent tether! I bought 2 and use one as my lineman rope. Super simple adjustments and makes my setup a breeze! 100% recommended!

It’s a pretty good tether/lineman rope. The friction hitch is compact with very little setback, and the whole thing packs up very nicely. It has a stopper that’s handy to keep the tether in place and some rubber aids to help move the friction hitch about. The only downside is that the hitch does not break easily under load which I suppose is a tradeoff for the compact size. I’d say this is one of the better tether/lineman rope you can buy

This is an improvement on other rope tethers on the market. It is more compact, quieter than a Ropeman, and adjustable both ways under tension. Once again, Arsenal beats all the competition!

I’m not overly impressed by the tether rope. Definitely two handed operation. I wouldn’t buy again, but not a bad price for a backup rope.

This is a light, compact yet highly functional tether without the sound and weight of a mechanical ascender. I originally planned on only buying one, but realized how well it functions as a linemen’s belt, so I ordered another. Feels great to get rid of my bulky 11mm rope with knots ropeman.

This this is light, low bulk, and definitely an upgrade if you are running a stiff 8 mm rope or bigger. I only have one complaint and I'm not sure there is a better way: the knot is pretty long. You have to factor this into your tether height. One of the benefits of running a ropeman is that the tether length can be 1 in to as long as you want. This has a minimum length of the prusik-type knot (whatever it is). By the way, I think you can run a ropeman II with this thing. Also, it is a foot longer than I'll ever need. But its an awesome piece of gear and I'm running it as is for now.
