2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY.  WE WARRANT THESE PRODUCTS AGAINST ANY MANUFACTURER DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP FOR PERIOD OF TWO YEARS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE FROM ARSENAL™ TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER. WE WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE ANY PART FOUND DEFECTIVE IF THE UNIT CLAIMED TO BE DEFECTIVE IS RETURNED TO US POSTAGE  PREPAID, WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD.  FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION, CONTACT ARSENAL™ CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This warranty is void if any product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance or failure to follow instructions), storage, improper use, misapplication, accident, normal wear, modification, adjustment, repair or if purchase by original owner can not be verified.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL APPLY TO THE PRODUCT.

OUT-OF-STOCK & BACKORDERED ITEMS

We make every effort to keep all items in stock, as well as accurate online inventory status of them. However from time to time ordered items may not be available for immediate delivery, or may be inaccurately represented in our online inventory system. Items that are out of stock or unavailable at the time of purchase, may be backordered and shipped separately. Backorders are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise stated, or as soon as they become available - via most appropriate method.  Note, there is only one shipping charge per order, so additional shipments for backordered items are at no charge to you.  Under rare and special circumstances, to avoid multiple shipments, we may reserve the right to ship your order complete once the backorder arrives.

SUBSTITUTIONS

From time to time, our in-house inventory specialists may offer our customers the option to substitute an item in color, size or style. This is sometimes done to make sure orders arrives in a timely manner, and that customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. In the case of such, customers will be contacted for approval if substitution is an option. The substituted item will always be of equal or greater value.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

It is expressly understood that our liability for this product, whether due to breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, is limited to repair of the product as stated above.  We will not be liable for any other injury, loss, damage, or expense, whether direct or consequential, including but not limited to loss of use, income, profit, or damage to material from use of this product howsoever caused.

PLEASE NOTE:   We reserve the right to make substitutions on warranty coverage for any reason, including but not limited to available parts.  Original owner may be responsible for shipping, handling and/or processing fees for select or upgraded replacement parts.

HUNT ARSENAL, LLC reserves the right to determine whether [or not] a warranty request will be honored.  Customers may be required to return broken item or parts for inspection prior to a warranty authorization being granted.
