We ship all US orders out of our Bay City, MI warehouse using FedEx/UPS.

If item(s) are in-stock, shipments will be packed and shipped within 2-3 business days as standard practice.  If item is pre-order status, please reference the estimated shipping date shown on item description at the time of ordering.

ARSENAL™ LAUNCH SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Limited products will be offered for sale in-person at the Mobile Hunting EXPO in Kalamazoo, MI July 28-30.   All initial sales online are considered pre-order with expected shipment ready date of August 15, 2023 [or sooner].  All product is manufactured and currently in route to the warehouse.   If first stock inventory sells out, we will update the website immediately.  If you miss the pre-order for mid-August shipping, the second mass volume expected ship date is September 15, 2023.

As soon as your order leaves our location, an email confirmation will be sent to you with a link to your tracking number. FedEx/UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please use an alternate shipping address. Arsenal™ cannot guarantee delivery times once it leaves our warehouse. Delays are possible with the carrier during transit.

Ground Shipping: Orders placed before Noon ET should ship within 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends, meaning that any order on a Friday after Noon ET will begin processing on Monday. ARSENAL™ cannot guarantee delivery times once it leaves our warehouse. Transit times range from 2-10 days based on your location. Alaska and Hawaii may experience longer shipping times.

Orders placed during peak and holiday seasons may see extended processing times. Processing time does not include shipment transit time with the carrier.
