Customers praised this rope bundle as "ultra lightweight" and "smooth," ideal for saddle hunting. Most found it easy to adjust and pack, calling it a major upgrade from traditional systems. However, some shoppers noted it requires more pressure relief to adjust under tension compared to alternatives, and one reported a tether pulling out of the stopper.
Its not that there was much of an issue but when I received the bundle pack everything looked great awesome materials my only problem was it took more arm strength to move the knots on both linesman and tether when weight is being applied i did take the prusik side bolts out and changed the knot slightly without modifying anything but the bolt back in its smooth as butter now even with weight being applied absolutely love the product now !
Received my ropes yesterday and they are light! They are 1.3 lbs lighter than my Latitude Vapor 8/10 mm setup using a Petzl carabiner and Kong Duck ascender on both ropes. Including a hitch break on the Lineman’s rope would be a nice feature, making it easily adjustable like the tether. The auto-locking carabiners are a great option, securely locking in place as soon as clipping onto the saddle and bridge.
I really like the thickness of the linesman’s and tether ropes. The 7mm/6mm diameters and the Glyde adjuster is very easy to use. The combination at this price point is excellent.
My only critique for this set up is that on the lineman’s rope, the Glyde Adjuster can be difficult due to the rubber prusik knot tension reliever. It gets away from the assembly and finds itself on the backside of the tree. If it could be connected to the Glyde so it doesn’t drift away, the lineman rope would be ideal.
I did deep research when upgrading my ropes. By far this Arsenal 6/7 set is the top. one handed adjustments and clean setups. Only gripe is the prusik tender on the linesman tends to slide away and i have to bring it back, nothing a lite string cant fix.

Silent, light, easy to use (not quite as easy as a Ropeman), but for the savings in sound and weight, these are worth the slight added effort to use.

Love how smooth these operate. Very nice!
Glide system works very well. Easy to adjust up and down. Ropes are light weight, pack easily in pouches, and no noise! Ropemans and Kong Ducks may become a thing of the past.
These are some of the smoothest slide noise free ropes I have used. Definitely recommend for saddle hunting but also good safety for lock ons.

Both of these ropes are awesome and they are very adjustable under tension!!! Hunt Arsenal is second to none when it comes to quality and this is no exception.

The tether seems like it works pretty well the linesmen is pretty tight doesn’t work super smoothly maybe it needs broken one will see

Not 100% a fan of mechanism. It is quiet. But with my ropeman i dont have to take as much pressure off the ropes to adjust. I had to fully remove my weight it felt like.

There is a small tether that is woven through the rope that goes through the rubber stop on the other side of the Prusek knot that stops it from slipping down the rope freely. It has pulled out of the rubber stopper.
