RZR elite is one of a kind! Sharp teeth, extremely lightweight, super slim! You will not be disappointed with this purchase!
Just received the SUB2 platform after a lengthy weight. My thoughts are first it's advertised as sub 2 lbs, on my scale it came in at 2.10 lbs w/o attachment method. I know that's nitpicky but it's not a deal breaker cause it's super light and that's what I was after in a platform. I don't like the attachment system that comes with it mainly because if you are putting this up in a hunting scenario, the platform is not going to be right in front of your face to do all that looping as directed. I chose an amsteel rope mod that is much easier from the side to use on this platform and sterdier then the dyna rope. Now the positives: EVERYTHING else. It's light and extremely compact and I love the clip That you can use on your saddle Molle webbing. It bites incredibly to the tree to The point that one you go to take it down and unwrap the amsteel the platform sticks to the tree! I will definitely get my $300 out of this platform and enjoy doing it!! Kudos to Hunt Arsenal and their products. All the negatives where strictly my personal preferences and not anything to do with manufacturing.
I got my sub2 today and had to run and test it out. First impressions, this thing is phenomenal. Excellent craftsmanship, the quality and finish are 2nd to none. Feels solid on the tree and bites like no other. Can't wait to get out this season and really use this thing.
I have been using the step aiders from Arsenal for 2 years now, and I love them. I believe they are the best aiders on the market. No blowing in the wind, they actually do glow in the dark, just enough for you to see them. That and the stand offs make it very easy to place your foot on the platform. I am a regional sales Manager for an Archery company, so I see all the tree saddle equipment at all the trade shows and Arsenal really has it going on with everything they make. I can't wait to try the new saddle and platform. Keep up the good work guys and every saddle company out there if not already doing so, will be trying to keep up.
I used the single step aider last season and it was great. I bought the double at the Sportsman show and the double is even better. Solid step, great for larger boot. My only suggestion is make a 3 step aider..
