Decided to try the RZR Elite after seeing some of the videos and hearing good reviews on Facebook. I absolutely love this platform. It has bite that can’t be beat and stays put. It’s super light and already has a clip to hook on your saddle on the way up. You guys have out done yourself on this one.
This pack hauls all my climbing and hunting gear. Three minimal problems with the pack. The first is the climbing sticks at the bottom of the pack make it difficult to manage when I wear my saddle to the field. The second is the buckles don’t slide into the lock easily and often misalign requiring visually looking at the buckle to line them up. The third is the hanging strap. I don’t know what the material is made off but it’s not webbing. It may never be an issue but seems like it may get brittle in the cold. It’s probably durable… jury is still out on it.
See my review on the single step. The double step works great too! It’s a little bulkier but once I had a good system down on fold them up, it’s not an issue.
These aiders are GREAT! I had some webbing material aider and they got the job done but my foot would slip off the tree or difficult to slide off of the boot. The MAXX STEP is solid and easy to climb. I was a little skeptical when I received them that they wouldn’t support the weight but they work great. The only downside is that it adds extra space to the stick but once I had a system down on how to fold everything up, it’s minimal.
I would highly recommend these aiders!
